Tip #2 - Organize Your Life

1)  Your Personal Space
     Your Bedroom, Study Area, and Closet

2)  Your Wallet, Purse, or School Bag

3)  Yourself The Night Before Your Day’s Events

4)  Your Time
    Schedule your time for family, school, sports,    
    and extra curricular activities. Use a day timer    
    and use stickers for fun!

Tip #3 - Don’t Procrastinate 

When you do not procrastinate, you will:

 1)  Experience less stress in your life.

 2)  Create grade A projects. When you complete a
      project ahead of time, it gives you time to make
      revisions and perfect your project.

 3)  Not forget to do important things and let others
      down.

4)  Feel a great sense of accomplishment.

Is Your Fear Realistic?

•  I’m afraid of spiders because they will eat me.

•  I’m afraid of heights because I will fall.

•  I’m afraid to speak in front of others because I will
   not be able to talk.

Take Back Your Power

•  Know that it is not realistic to think that a spider
   can eat you.

•  If afraid of heights, stand on a bridge often or until  
    you feel safe.

•  If afraid to speak in front of others, practice
   public speaking.
