Sweet!

Living on the edge means taking risks while living your authentic life which is the life you desire. It is not the life that merely makes sense although a little sensibility is always a good thing. ;)

Living on the edge also means that extremes can push you over the edge and you can fall into the abyss of loss ... loss of self, health, dignity, or well-being in general. It doesn't have to be that way!

So, enjoy the thrill and excitement of life, but always harness-up with personal boundaries, confirmed expectations of your life, and guidelines as to how much risk you are willing to take. This video would be considered extreme risk same as drinking or texting and driving!

As always, our mentor's columns are powerful and full of wisdom! Beverly Raitz helps you to Ground Your Life With Humour while Roger Vokey helps you to Stay Alive in the process! Gloria Jean Walks You to the Edge of Your Dreams while Matt Tod talks about Living Life on Shuffle. Take a Bite Out of Life with Michael Killip and find out what Amy Leask and Nietzsche have to say about Being True to Yourself. Our mentor's columns are packed with helpful articles including beautiful insights from David Suzuki and our new friend from Germany, Daniel Klein.

I hope you enjoy this issue of Empowerment House and treat yourself kindly and with great love this Valentine's month.

I also hope you'll be our Valentine, :)
Lisa
