Dear friends,

I am sorry that you are here on this page, but I'm glad you came. ;) I know it's hard to understand, but please consider that you are stuck in a "moment" of your life. How you feel right now may never happen again in your existence.

Rather than making decisions at this difficult time, consider taking life minute by minute. With this great gift of life that you own, maybe it's not time to end your life, but rather it's time to start a new one as this one has obviously not served you well.

Suicide happens when a person has lost all hope. It is a final attempt to end really intense suffering, but it is not a solution. People who end their lives this way leave the people who care about them with a lifetime of sadness, confusion, hurt and despair.

This section deals with what happens when someone wants to end their life, what you can do if you’re feeling suicidal or have lost someone to suicide, and how you can help a friend.
