Brain Food is Food for Thought!
Have you ever wondered why or how some people are able to focus on a topic better than others? Found yourself working on something where you needed to be in the moment, but couldn’t seem to stay with it? Think of this. My mantra is “learn something new everyday”. Add a well balanced diet, and that for me is the right fuel package to keep this old guy sharp as a tack! Brain food is food for thought. Food studies change can be confusing. What was good for you yesterday might not be the recommended choice today. But if you look after yourself with the proper fuel and the right amount of rest, your performance will physically and mentally improve.
